FIRST SIGHT
In the heart of a lively Malaysian old town, a boy with protanopia color blindness has grown used to seeing the world in shades of blue and yellow, except for the vibrant presence of a mysterious girl who seems to appear and vanish at will. While helping his mother sell nasi lemak at the morning street market, he’s constantly pestered by a mischievous dog with a knack for stealing food—and, strangely, a bond with both him and the girl. As the boy tries to make sense of this strange connection and his newfound ability to see color in the girl, the dog plays a crucial role in bringing their worlds together. Their journey unfolds in an unexpected chase, leading to a riverside meeting where secrets are revealed, and the colorful truth about their lives and the dog’s role is finally uncovered.
